This weekend is 20% guild XP weekend!


We haven't done this in forever! We normally don't do this very often but we're going to this weekend because the guild really needs to get to lvl 30!

Why does the guild need to get to lvl 30? It allows us to buy a third paddock (which we really need since alot of our members are lvl 60+) and it also allows us to add a third house to the list! Which my house is getting added because I removed it to allow kya to add his (this does not mean that you can not buy your own house) You can buy a house anytime you wish but only one house can be added to the guild house list ever 10 lvls! So if someone wishes to buy the house and you speak up you can add it when the guild reaches lvl 40. I believe either Aimo or Gothern will be doing this though.

Nah.. I'd say not really "must", but you are strongly encouraged to do so. And since you are such a GreatGuy, you do it, right?

There will probably some XP hunts like rats or Kani's from our elder-guildies where everyone in the hunt should have 20% set up to speed up guild progress. I could do treechnid cutting at my favourite place with one other guy about level 30-50 next to me, which earns quite good loot too.

and uhhh there's been a whole bunch of fights over the whole 20% thing.. i didn't think it'd be that big of a deal since we only need 1/4 of a lvl but some people are being HUGE assholes about it

WELL to spite the people that tried to stop it the 20% xp guild weekend worked great Some people disliked it and made a big deal about it when it really wasn't a big deal. It only lasted 1 1/2 days. Thanks to all who participated now the guild can get a third house and a third paddock Have a nice weekend everyone!

Ok.. since nobody else takes the step to answer this, I want to apologies to the other guildies for HeartlesShinigami's behaviour.

I do not agree with her opinion that anyone of you deserves her description. I think she acted unresponsible in her position as a guild leader. In my opinion, there is a huge difference between something like

"let's do a run on the level 30. We should ask guildies to set to 20% and maybe do some XP-hunts where only 20%-ies can be part of"

and

"You are assholes, except if you set your XP to 20%. Oh wait, I do that for you without asking. And don't complain, I am the boss."

For this reason, I will leave the guild. It was not the first time heart and some other guildies got at each other, but for me it was the last time.

I'll miss you guys. :(
